- Sending a request does not confirm a visit. It is confirmed when our team assigns a nurse and the nurse accepts.
- Listed prices are fixed per service at the time of booking. Supplies brought by the nurse are paid separately with a receipt.
- Services involving medication or a medical procedure follow a prescription or your doctor’s instructions.
- Cancellations are requested from the request page and reviewed by our team.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details, address and contact number you provide.
