We collect only the data we need to provide the service.
What we collect
- Name, email and mobile number (and, for nurses, gender).
- Request details: services, time, address and map location, contact number, case details you write, and case photos and payment receipts if you upload them.
- A device notification token to send request updates.
How we use it
- To fulfil the request, assign a nurse and contact you.
- For payments and financial review.
- To send request status notifications.
Who can see it
- Our team.
- The nurse assigned to your request, after accepting (address, number and case photos).
- We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Storage and security
Data is stored on Cloudflare services, and sign-in uses Google Firebase. Photos and receipts are kept in private storage. The website has no advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to correct your data or delete your account in the app or by emailing kareemosama956@gmail.com.
