We review and assign a nurse
Our team reviews the request and assigns a suitable nurse. The visit is confirmed when the nurse accepts.
Visit and rating
Follow the request status; the nurse’s number appears after acceptance. Rate the visit when it is done.

How do I pay?
Cash to the nurse at the visit, or an InstaPay transfer to 01014556475 with a photo of the receipt attached to the request.
Are the listed prices final?
Yes. Each service has a fixed price shown before you book. If you ask the nurse to bring supplies, they are paid separately with a receipt.
Who brings the supplies?
You choose in the request: supplies are at the patient’s home, or the nurse brings them with a receipt.
Can I choose a male or female nurse?
Yes. Choose male, female or no preference, and the team assigns accordingly.
